Effective 2026-09-14
These Terms govern your use of fixitsir.com and anything you buy through it. Fix It Sir is a brand of Connect and Conquer LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By buying from us, subscribing, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
We sell training and business materials, and subscriptions that provide software, hosting, tools and ongoing resources. What each one costs and what it includes is described on the page where it is offered, and that description forms part of these Terms for anything you buy.
Prices are in US dollars and may change for new purchases. A change never alters the price of a purchase already made, and we will tell you before changing the price of an existing subscription.
This is not a franchise. There is no franchise fee, no royalty on what you earn, no exclusive or protected territory, and no long-term contract. Any business you build is yours, along with the customers, reputation and goodwill you build with it.
Where a purchase or subscription includes the right to use our branding, or a website carrying it, that right lasts while the subscription is current. It is a licence to use the brand, not ownership of it, and it ends when the subscription ends. Your own business, your customer relationships and your own trading name are unaffected by that.
We make no representation about what you will earn. Results depend on your market, your hours, your pricing and your own effort, none of which we control. Our training teaches you how to work out what to charge; it does not promise an income, and nobody acting for us is authorised to promise one.
Access to training, templates and other materials is licensed to you personally for your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them, or share your access with people outside your business.
Refund window not set. A stated refund position is needed before launch — Cameron's call, not an invented one.
The businesses listed in our technician finder are independently owned and operated. They set their own prices, choose their own service areas and do their own work. We provide their software; we do not control, supervise or guarantee their work, and we are not a party to any agreement between them and their customers.
Questions, complaints and refund requests about a repair go to the business that did the work.
You can ask Fix It Sir, a Connect and Conquer LLC brand, to text you about your purchase, your subscription or a support request. That permission is given to us directly and is separate from your agreement to these Terms — agreeing to these Terms does not sign you up for text messages, and you can buy and use everything here without ever agreeing to them.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your mobile number, and we do not buy phone numbers or opt-in lists from anyone else.
No marketing or promotional content is sent through this. Texts an independent operator sends to their own repair customers are governed by the consent given on that operator's site.
Do not attempt to break, scrape or interfere with the site, and do not use it to send unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access that damages the service or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here disclaims liability that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Updated Terms apply once posted and going forward; they do not change the terms of a purchase already completed unless the law requires it.
