Fix It Sir is a brand of Connect and Conquer LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes what we collect when you use fixitsir.com, buy from us, or take out a subscription, and the choices you have.
The appliance repair businesses listed in our technician finder are independently owned and operated. They run their own websites, hold their own customer records and publish their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them. If you booked a repair with one of them, their policy governs that booking.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent your contact details to marketers.
We share information only with parties that help us run the business: our own staff; service providers who power the site, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing, under contracts binding them to handle your data only for those purposes; and authorities where we are legally required to.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Purchase and subscription records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute resolution — typically up to seven years. Support conversations are kept as long as we need them to follow up. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be texted, you are giving Fix It Sir, a Connect and Conquer LLC brand, permission to send you text messages about your purchase, your subscription or a support request you have raised. Agreeing is optional and it is never assumed — you can buy from us and use everything we provide without it.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your mobile number, and we do not buy phone numbers or opt-in lists from anyone else. Your consent is given to Connect and Conquer LLC and is not passed on.
Text messages sent by an independent operator to their own repair customers are a separate matter, governed by the consent that customer gave on that operator's site and by that operator's own privacy policy.
We use TLS for all traffic to the site, restrict access to customer records on a need-to-know basis, and store credentials with industry-standard hashing. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect a problem, please tell us so we can look into it.
This site is intended for adults running or starting a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above changes with them.

Needs a real contact route before launch. A privacy policy has to say how to reach a human — a postal address and an email address at minimum. Left blank rather than invented.
